Title:
cannot use Dynamic WEP with static IP

Status in network-manager-applet package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Ubuntu version: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS

When i try to configure wi-fi connection to use dynamic wep and choose
manually assigned ip address in nm-connection-editor, the appy button
button becomes disabled and never enables, no matter what ip address
is filled in. The only workaround i've found is to configure WPA\WPA2
Enterprise connection, fill in my settings there and then change them
  to dynamic wep through gconf-editor.
