  on boot, nm-applet has "Enable Networking" unticked

Status in network-manager-applet package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Every time I boot, nm-applet has "enable networking" disabled.  I re-
  enable it on login every time. Shouldn't this be persistent?
