Title:
can't enter 802.1x TLS auth information

Status in network-manager-applet package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I am trying to set up wired 802.1x authentication using TLS (EAP-TLS).
When I choose, ca, key and cert the Apply button is still greyed out.
It appears as if none of configured values are used. When I
accidentally added a slash after the key file, I got a warning saying
that w/o passphrase key usage is insecure and after OK'ing - None as
  keyfile value.

  On stderr I get:
  ** (nm-connection-editor:4897): WARNING **: Invalid setting 802.1x Security: Invalid 802.1x security
