[Bug 1489048] [NEW] Programs icons oversized

Public bug reported:

While viewing the list of programs available, some of the icons are
oversized and not correctly scaled, causing evident graphical glitches.

An example is shown in a screenshot attached (cfr. TeXStudio, Verbiste,
XChatIrc).
