  PPTP VPN fails with 'Failed to request VPN secrets'

Bug description:
  I've been being running Ubuntu 15.04 without problems until a recent
  system update.  Now, connecting to a PPTP VPN using Network Manager
  fails with the following in /var/log/syslog

  get_secrets_cb(): Failed to request VPN secrets #2: (6) No agents were
  available for this request.
