many thanks for your reply. I've filled in all fields, but it's still
greyed out. I've also restarted the network manager with " sudo service
network-manager restart", but it doesn't help. Thanks.

Bug description:
On Ubuntu for Phones final image on mako I can see a network but
cannot connect because I never get prompted for the username/password.
