Looks OK on my 1920*1080 23 inch monitor at 64px in Ubuntu 14.04 "Trusty
Tahr".

Bug description:
  right now unity launcher can be resized using CCSM or MyUnity in
  12.04, but if you scale it larger (say 64px instead of default 48px),
  the corners of icon background will be fuzzy, it's especially
  noticeable with the "dash home" button.
