  gedit doesn't allow me to save modify of my file on sshfs if no

Bug description:
  STEP TO REPRODUCE THE BUG:

  1) mount a remote file system on my server using sshfs (sshfs userx@xxxxxxxxx /mnt/server)
  id userx gid 1001 dev groupss=1001(dev),1002,(data)

  TEST 01:
  -- CHECK "Create backup before to save"
  -- open a remote text file (e.g. -rwxrwx--- usery dev /mnt/server/test2.txt) edit it and save: no problem.

  TEST 02:
  -- CHECK "Create backup before to save"
  -- open a remote text file (e.g. -rwxrwx--- userx dev /mnt/server/test1.txt) edit it and save: no problem.

  TEST 03:
  -- UNCHECK "Create backup before to save"
  -- open a remote text file (e.g. -rwxrwx--- usery dev /mnt/server/test2.txt) edit it and save: no problem.

  TEST 04:
  -- UNCHECK "Create backup before to save"
  -- open a remote text file (e.g. -rwxrwx--- userx dev /mnt/server/test1.txt) edit it and save: gedit says "I haven't right to save file".
