[Bug 1490383] [NEW] layers acceleration scrolling slow and high cpu usage
Public bug reported:
1. Mint 17.1 is same as trusty 14.04 repo
2. firefox 40.0.3
3. webgl and normal sites works smoothly in scrolling and normal cpu usage without fan running high.
4. layers accleration causes some sites to be slow and high cpu usage. for example bbc.co.uk. This site also has images flickering. Google Playstore is also slow.
disable force layers acceleration returns to normal but the webgl is
slow. Google maps runs much slower.
