Title:
  network-manager service crashes, stopping network-manager-applet, and
  sometimes disconnecting network

Bug description:
  network-manager seems to leave wpa_supplicant, dnsmasq, dhclient, and
  openvpn running usually, but I've also had one instance where my wifi
  also stopped working.
