[Bug 1491004] [NEW] 8 sec delay on every submitted raw printer job to Citizen CT-S310II

Public bug reported:

Citizen CT-S310II on a 14.04 system for every submitted raw printer job introduces 8 sec. delay.
Bug can be repeated by issuing:
lpr -o raw test.txt

Workaround, same as for Zebra's printers, solved in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups/+bug/1001028 forcing uni-directional mode:
sudo lpadmin -p CITIZEN-CT-S310II -o usb-unidir-default=true
