By now I kinda have the feeling that it's the fault of some program.
Because when clicking shutdown, a few programs are closed, while other's
stay open. Only after the second shutdown, all close. So one program is
apparently not responding to the signal the first time.

Bug description:
  Sometimes I have to select logout/shut down twice before it has effect.
  I can wait a long time after the first try but nothing happens. On the second try I log out immediately.
  It doesn't happen all the time.

  Any tips what I could debug, check logs from, to solve this?
