Title:
  empathy cannot connect to an irc server

Status in empathy package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Press 'Add account...'
  The 'Online Accounts' window display a list of services in the right-hand pane
  Scroll down the 'Online Accounts' window and select 'IRC'
  The 'Online Accounts' window request IRC credentials

  There is not option to connect to an irc server in the "add new
  account" list.
