Bug description:
  There is a bunch of cruft in trunk that does not need to be there
  (application icons, copies of fonts, meshes etc). We also need to make
  sure that, where we do need something, we aren't basing this on
  copyrighted work, rather use something with a more open license, or
  just create something ourselves as placeholders.
