[Bug 1494622] [NEW] pdfannotextractor (texlive-latex-extra) missing and broken dependencies

Public bug reported:

pdfannotextractor from texlive-latex-extra is missing dependencies on
Ubuntu 14.04:

 - libfile-which-perl (already reported as #708622)
 - libpdfbox-java

However, even if both of these are installed, it fails to run with the
error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/pdfbox/cos/ICOSVisitor

There is a debian bug for the latter: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=792676
