[Bug 1002985]

I just tested this with:

Version: 4.4.2.2
Build ID: 40m0(Build:2)
Locale: en_CA

On Ubuntu 15.04.

Saved as docx and it opened fine in Libre Office.

Would be good to test whether it works in Word, but I don't have that :)

Guessing this one is fixed.

Footnotes looked pretty good too :)

Title:
[Upstream] Saving to .doc decouples endnote number from text

Status in LibreOffice Productivity Suite:
  Confirmed
Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  1) lsb_release -rd
  Description:	Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
  Release:	12.04

  2) apt-cache policy libreoffice-writer
  libreoffice-writer:
    Installed: 1:3.5.3-0ubuntu1
    Candidate: 1:3.5.3-0ubuntu1
    Version table:
   *** 1:3.5.3-0ubuntu1 0
          500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ precise-updates/main i386 Packages
          100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
       1:3.5.2-2ubuntu1 0
          500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ precise/main i386 Packages

  3) What is expected to happen in Writer via the Terminal:
  cd ~/Desktop && wget https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/1002985/+attachment/3158838/+files/example.odt && lowriter --nologo example.odt

save the attached document in .doc format (97/2000/XP/2003), close,
reopen and the endnote looks the same as it did in .odt.

  4) What happens instead is the the endnote number is decoupled from
  the endnote text.
