Gnome removed support for third-party settings panels in Gnome Control
Center so it would be “awesome”. Should we really be carrying yet
another local patch to support this extra shortcut?

Bug description:
It would be really useful if the "Software & Updates" settings could
be accessible through the "All Settings" section in the Gnome Control
Center, that is "Software & Updates" to have an icon in the "All
Settings" section of the Gnome Control Center like there is in Unity
Control Center.
