[Bug 1495270] [NEW] iwona latex font stopped working

Public bug reported:

Description:	Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS
Release:	14.04
texlive-fonts-extra:
  Installed: 2013.20140215-2
  Candidate: 2013.20140215-2

On a fresh install of Ubuntu 14.04.3, the Iwona Latex font is not
working anymore (was working fine on 12.04).

The error I get is:
!pdfTeX error: pdflatex (file iwona-ec.enc): cannot open encoding file for read
exact filename in the error varies with options given in the preamble, but none of the options I've tried made it work.

Minimal example:

\documentclass[a4paper]{article}
\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}
\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}
\usepackage{iwona}
\usepackage[english]{babel}
\begin{document}
	Sample text.
\end{document}

Further options I've tried:
leaving out the fontenc or inputenc packages or both; specifying 'utf8x' to inputenc instead of utf8; adding the 'math' option to the iwona package

** Affects: texlive-extra (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
