Title:
Mouse auto-selects a menu choice on rt click

Status in One Hundred Papercuts:
  New
Status in gtk+2.0 package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
When trying to right click and select from choices, the mouse action
will autoselect a menutask and perform the action. Annoying in
natulis and text documents. Almost crippling at times in Firefox.

When the mouse is placed over a link, object or in a page and the
mouse is right clicked, the same action will be repeated time and
again until the mouse is selecting at a different point on the
desktop. If an object or link is in position a, the same autosection
of a task will occur. If the object or link is moved to position b,
the mousing activity is typically normal.

System is a Dell Mini9, and to date no updates have affected this
action. apt-get upgrade is run weekly at a minimum. Other bugs have
  been corrected with the updates.
