Bug description:
While resizing an emacs window, I got this crash.

FWIW, I had just come out of suspend. Before the suspend I had a
second monitor, taller but narrower, which was being displayed above
this one. After the suspend I just had my laptop screen. The emacs
window was automatically moved from the upper monitor to the laptop
and was thus too tall vertically, so I had been moving the window
around in that silly dance trying to

   1) move it to get the bottom aligned and
   2) get to the top to resize it down.

I also used the frame menu a few times to move and/or resize.

But who knows if any of that was related to the crash.
