Bug description:
I was trying to figure out why the scale feature didn't show all
windows when pressing super+w. I was on an empty workspace, summoned
scale for all windows (super+w) and saw the window fading but no
window previews appeared. I open CCSM an clicked around to check if
the button bindings were set correct, and all of a sudden the system
  froze and compiz restartet.
