Bug description:

  1. Log in to an account that uses an RTL language, e.g. Arabic.
  2. Launch USC.

  What you see: The right border of the Back button, and the left border
  of the Forward button, are on the wrong side.

  It may save time to fix bug 842848 at the same time as this bug.
