Bug description:
TEST CASE:
1. Press Super+A to open the Applications lens.
2. Type 'text'.
3. Enable the 'Accessories' and 'Graphics' filters.
RESULT:
Search result includes seemingly unfiltered entries from 'Accessories' and 'Graphics'.
