  Marketplace client missing

Status in eclipse package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The Markedplace client, which is very useful for installing extra
  modules/plugins to Eclipse, handling all dependency problems and
  required update sites, is currently missing from Ubuntu's distribution
  of Eclipse. I can not find any packages for installing it either.
