[Bug 1497175] [NEW] File restore from wastebin not working

Create a file on desktop

Delete file to wastebasket.

Open wastebasket - right click on deleted file - select restore

expected behaviour - file restored to desktop

actual behaviour - dialogue opens (screenshot attached)
