[Bug 1497499] [NEW] cannot add plug-in to Firefox

When trying to install a search plug-in (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-
US/firefox/addon/wiktionary-en/?src=ss), Firefox reports "Sorry, you
need a Mozilla-based browser (such as Firefox) to install a search
plugin."
