[Bug 1498120] [NEW] The Flash plugin is NOT installed.

Doing a update of my VM with upcoming Xubuntu 15.10 i got this:

flashplugin-installer: downloading http://archive.canonical.com/pool/partner/a/adobe-flashplugin/adobe-flashplugin_20150921.1.orig.tar.gz
Holen: 1 http://archive.canonical.com/pool/partner/a/adobe-flashplugin/adobe-flashplugin_20150921.1.orig.tar.gz [26,5 MB]
Es wurden 26,5 MB in 2 min 19 s geholt (191 kB/s).                                                                                                                                                  
Installing from local file /var/lib/update-notifier/package-data-downloads/partial/adobe-flashplugin_20150921.1.orig.tar.gz
tar: Springe zum nächsten Kopfteil.

Trying it again in Synaptic i got the same error.
