middle mouse click on window title should minimize application

Bug description:
  Version: Saucy up-to-date

This bug ticket suggest a litle UX change.

  Current behavior:
When middle clicking on a window title, the clicked application is low-leveled and an application that previously was behind the clicked application becomes the focused foreground application (the clicked application moves down in the view stack).

  Suggested change:
Middle clicking a window title should minimize the clicked application.
In the end the middle-mouse-click-on-window-title-action could become more handy without disturbing average users (assuming they don't use any middle mouse actions at all).
Try it, you will love it!

The window title is a big mouse target and there are only four mouse-
main-actions a user can preform by clicking and middle click is the
only available mouse-main-action that would make sense to be changed
  to something more useful.

  l-click → focus / move window
  l double-click → maximize / back-to-previous-size
r-click → window menu | okay pretty useless too, but don't change too much :)
  m-click → __minimize window__
