  Network Manager wired Ethernet stuck in "getting IP config" after
  resume from suspend

Status in network-manager package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Stopping and starting the Network Manager did not work-around this
  issue.  Only a reboot or power off+on gets wired Ethernet back into
  service.

  Note: I did not try hibernate nor using wireless.
