Title:
  ctrl-alt shortcuts unreliable

Status in Compiz:
  Invalid
Status in compiz package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
This happens to me on several laptops and precise, quantal, and
  raring.

When I hit ctrl-alt-l to lock the screen, or ctrl-alt-t to start a
terminal, i frequently have to hit it several times before it happens.

This is particularly bad for locking the screen. If I'm getting up in
a hurry, it's not good to have to keep looking at the screen to see if
it has locked like I asked it to.
