  Dolphin context menu missing "Create New" - "Folder"

Status in dolphin package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  As title says dolphin context menu missing "Create New" - "Folder" in
  compare with Kubuntu 14.04.3 with its KDE4. I couldn't find any proper
  way of creating new folders in that version apart from copying and
  renaming existing ones.
