This bug is too old and we didn't manage to reproduce it. Therefore, I
changed its status to Invalid. If you still experience the problem in a
supported Ubuntu release, please feel free to re-open the bug and update
the description. Thank you!

Title:
Shading of windows doesn't work properly

Status in Compiz:
  Invalid
Status in compiz package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: unity

I'm using the free nVidia driver from Ubuntu and Unity (Unity won't
work with proprietary drivers) and when I shade or unshade windows
there's a very visible glitch in the graphics. Kind of like when the
gpu is overheating and tries to paint complex graphics (in my
  experience, that is).

Can't take a screenshot cause it repaints whenever I press prtsc.
