Title:
Xorg crashed with SIGABRT in inb()

Status in xserver-xorg-video-ati package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I can't boot into the Ubuntu 14.04 Development Branch clean desktop
directly from the standard boot menu option. The screen goes all wonky
and crazy colors like the driver isn't active. I have to choose the
diagnostic menu, then exit out of an option there. The computer then
boots properly into the desktop but with really low resolution and
blurry (1280x1024 as opposed to 1600x1024). Thanks.
