Bug description:
  Ubuntu 15.10 64-bit desktop from clean ISO install. NOTE: This is
  running in Virtualbox 5.0.4r(102546) on Windows 10 host.

  $ lsb_release -rd
  Description:	Ubuntu Wily Werewolf (development branch)

  Clicked on cog (top right) and selected "System Settings". Nothing
  happened. I repeated the step and it worked, but that is when I
  noticed this crash report icon and submitted the bug.
