[Bug 1500049] [NEW] Welcoming sound on login screen - feature request

I think that like in Unity and other OSs, it would be good in GNOME if
there was at least an optional feature (probably on by default though)
to have a sort of welcoming sound when one reaches the login screen, or
when one logs in and reaches the desktop.
