  Tiny scrollbar and blurry icons in highdpi mode

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  See the attached screenshot. The refresh icon seems to be of high
  resolution but the other aren't.

  Also the scrollbar is super tiny. Not sure if those issues are
  related.
