Title:
No option to set proxy for network

Status in network-manager-applet package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Nothing on the dialog to be able to setup a proxy per network.

This is required the more mobile the world gets and it takes a lot of
time to get browsers, apt, Skype etc. setup when moving from one
  network to another.
