Title:
Network History records all activity as Receiving

Status in “gnome-system-monitor” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor

  1)Release: 9.04
  2)System Monitor 2.26.0.1
3)I expect to see activity recorded for both Receiving and Sending in the Network History of System Monitor
4)I actually see all activity recorded as Receiving, and no recorded activity as Sending

I have noticed this issue since installing 8.04. In 8.04, no activity
was ever recorded as Sent in the Network History of the System
Monitor. In the process of upgrading to 9.04, I briefly installed
8.10. Network History properly divided activity between Receiving and
Sending in 8.10. After completing the upgrade to 9.04, Network
History again only records activity as Receiving and zero bytes
Sending/Total Sent. The Receiving KiB/s value recorded appears to be
the sum of both the true received and the true sent.
