this breaks unity tests, see bug 1360241

so reverted from wily again, and not going to turn back on there.. will
be revisited in w+1 only after unity is fixed for ppc64el

  The llvmpipe software renderer is disabled in the mesa (libgl1-mesa-dri) package for ppc64le, even though llvmpipe is fully supported on this architecture.  We need this feature enabled in order to run Unity with video cards lacking 3D Hardware Acceleration.

  Please enable it and, if possible, backport this change to 14.04.3.
