Title:
  can't dnd a tab to another monitor

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Unity 3D – live usb - daily build

  What you expected to happen:
  When DnD a tab from monitor1 to monitor2 and there is no Firefox window, I expect that the dragged tab becomes a new Firefox window on monitor2.

  What happened instead:
  During DnD the tab indicates that it has been dragged to monitor2 but instead of opening a new Firefox window on  monitor2 it opens a new window on monitor1.

  Use case:
  A user wants to watch a YouTube video while browsing, therefore he DnD a Firefox tab to his second monitor.

  PS: DnD a tab to another monitor works fine with Chromium 17
