Bug description:
  software-center 13.10-0ubuntu6, Ubuntu 15.04

  During an installation, in the "All Software" section a small white tick moves across the top of the progress bar, but the coloring of the progress bar does not follow it.

  Not to be confused with bug 1052936, which is about a different
  rendering problem with the progress bar in the "Progress" section.
