Dmitry Zaitsev, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu
better. As per http://us.msi.com/support/mb/Z97-GAMING-5.html#down-bios
an update to your computer's buggy and outdated BIOS is available (1.C).
If you update to this following
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BIOSUpdate does it change anything?

If it doesn't, could you please both specify what happened, and provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date

posting this on the old BIOS would not be helpful. As well, you don't

  Mouse button stops working

  The left button may not work because the mouse generates a constant
  pressing a service button.

  My mouse have "hidden" button 20-21-23, that "click" when I switch
