  Eog should show an Open with... menu item in the global menu under
  Unity

Bug description:
  Hello,

  currently Eog in Wily lacks a discoverable "Open with..." menu item
  under "Image" in its menu bar when using Unity, so I propose to add it
  there.

  The "Open with..." functionality is currently only avaiable from the
  context menu when you right click somewhere in the image, but that's
  not very discoverable.

  When using Eog under Ubuntu Gnome, the "Open with.." item is
  integrated into the menu of the "Hamburger button" in the toolbar on
  the top right.

  Previous versions of Eog (untill Vivid) had the ability to customize
  the toolbar and add an "Edit image..." button, which I'm missing a
  bit, and the "Open with..." functionality is the most viable
  replacement for this at the moment, so it should not be made too hard
  for existing users to discover that.
