that's not a a bug in the disk utility in any case, you need to join a
translation team to be able to upload those

Bug description:
  Translating 500+ strings via Launchpad is hideous. Please make it
  possible to upload a .po file to make the process much easier.

  Launchpad keeps telling me that I can help in translating these
  strings, but I'm simply not willing to do ten at a time, hit submit,
