Bug description:
  Binary package hint: banshee

I opened loads of apps to confirm that it only appears to be banshee
cause this issue. Since yesterdays updates it seems to make compiz
slow down to a crawl. This results in things like the launcher being
visible in all it's stages of retraction.

I'll get a screenshot to demo this, doing an alt+left click and
draggin to the top of the desktop partially solves the issue however
the only real fix is to do killall banshee.

The partial fix is one where only maximised windows are drawn
properly. Standard windows have no title bar, react slow until
dragged to the top of the desktop again.
