[Bug 1506323] [NEW] hplip 3.15.2 recognizes ez-ipupdate as running package manager

Public bug reported:

The message `A package manager '/usr/sbin/ez-ipupdate -d' appears to be
running. Please quit the package manager and press enter to continue
(i=ignore, r=retry*, f=force, q=quit) :r` is misleading because `ez-
ipupdate` is a DDNS updater, not a package manager.
