well, docks are a standard type of windows and ideally the nautilus
background windows would get information about those and not overlap
with them

  Reproducible Steps:

  1. Login Unity desktop environment.
  2. Change the scale factor to 2 in Displays of Settings.
  3. Create some files and folders on the desktop.
  4. Right click to select "Organize Desktop by Name".

  Expected Result:

  * The organized files and folders should be covered by Unity Launcher.

  Actual Result:

  * The organized files and folders are covered by Unity Launcher.
