Title:
Documentation error in "Use the Launcher to start applications"

Status in “yelp” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
In the help section, "Use the Launcher to start applications" it
states, "Tap the meta key twice. The Launcher will appear briefly, but
will disappear unless you hover your mouse over the Launcher." I
believe this behaviour may have changed because I find that you need
to hold the meta key to trigger this action. Any brief presses of the
  meta key open the Dash.
