Thank you for your assistance.

I installed the package xdiagnose, and run the command above in normal
then in sudo mode, here is the output:

fran@franux:~$ apport-collect -p xorg 1505272

  X crashes more and more often

  Kubuntu 14.04 Trusty - Nvidia driver - used to work very well, now regularly crashes while browsing with Firefox.

  libpthread.so.0 -> libc.so.6 -> Segmentation fault -> Signal 11 -> X
  dies, back to login
