Message #144028
[Bug 1507494] [NEW] Extentions stopped working (Ubuntu 12.04 LTS)
Public bug reported:
After upgrading Firefox to version provided by precise-security release,
some extensions (such Kerberos Configuration) stopped working. Firefox
refused to enable it after update because it is unsigned or what...
Firefox redirect me to site
https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/41.0.2/Linux/en/unsigned-addons
for more details. Without Kerberos Configuration extension it is not
possible to configure HTTP negotiate authentication with Kerberos
tickets. As Ubuntu 12.04 Precise is LTS release and Firefox supported
browser, this is critical bug in functionality which was broken in
*security* update. I must say that this extension worked fine since last
Firefox update for whole time of Precise release. Please fix this
problem. Thanks!
** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
